By accessing or using Param's squash video analytics service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Param provides AI-powered video analytics for squash players. Our Service analyzes uploaded squash match videos to provide insights including player tracking, ball trajectory analysis, heatmaps, and other performance metrics.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that you do not have the right to share
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.

Our Content: All analytics, visualizations, and other outputs generated by our Service are provided for your personal use. The underlying technology, algorithms, and platform remain our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of our Service require payment. By purchasing credits or subscriptions:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Credits are non-refundable once used for video processing
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the Service with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Param shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics results. The Service is intended for informational and training purposes and should not be relied upon for professional coaching decisions without independent verification.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
